Apple in Tree Pose
Participating in the group project, Identity Crisis, I am forced to admit I am an apple shape. I try to contradict the possible negative health effects of this with Yoga practice. Assuming the tree pose, I hope to absorb the relaxing, beneficial effects and send positive, sunny thoughts down to my Celtic roots.
